●What is the Gatebox App Market

It is a character market operated by Gatebox inc.

You can summon characters to your Gatebox (GTBX-100) by subscribing to a character application plan that is available on the Gatebox App Market.

●How to use

  • There are some things needed to use the Gatebox App Market.

    • A Gatebox account is required to use Gatebox services, including the Gatebox App Market.
      A credit card is required when subscribing to a character application plan, even if the plan costs ¥0.
      Also, since the service is used with the Gatebox device, a Gatebox device is required.

●What you can do with the Gatebox App Market

In the Gatebox App Market, you can subscribe to application “plans”, and purchase “downloadable content”.

  • How do plans work?

    • The contracts have an interval of 30 days, and while subscribed, you can use the application with your Gatebox.
      * Plan contracts are automatically renewed

  • What is downloadable content?

    • It is additional content from your subscribed plans that you can purchase.
      * You cannot purchase additional content for applications that you are not subscribed to.

    • Downloadable content may have a limited number of purchases

●Register and change payment methods

  • Registration and changing payment method

  • Sign in to the Gatebox App Market

  • Under 「マイメニュー」 in the upper right, please select 「決済設定」

Use the 「カード登録」 section to enter your credit card information, and press 「登録」 to complete the registration.

After the registration is completed, the registered information will display in the 「現在登録されているカード」 area

Change payment method

  • Same as before, sign in to the Gatebox App Market

  • Under 「マイメニュー」 in the upper right, please select 「決済設定」

You can use the 「カード登録」 section to enter your credit card information, and press 「登録」 to overwrite the currently saved information.

●About plan contracts

If you find a character you like in the Gatebox App Market, you can summon it to your Gatebox by subscribing to a plan contract.

* Please check the "precautions" section before subscribing to a plan


  • How to subscribe to a plan

  • Find the character you like and proceed to the details page through the banner

  • After checking the profile on the details page, tap 「プラン」 if you would like to summon the character to your Gatebox

If there are multiple plans on the 「プラン」 tab, then check the contents of each plan and select 「プラン詳細」 for the desired plan

If you have checked the contents of the plan, and you are sure it is the correct plan then proceed to 「申し込みの確認」

After confirming the contents and price of the plan, check 「利用規約」,「プライバシーポリシー」, and 「特定商取引法に基づく表記」 and press 「同意して購入」 if you agree

* The purchase will go through when you press agree and purchase

After agreeing and purchasing, you will be taken to the completed payment page, and your plan will begin.

●Canceling a plan

* Please check the "precautions" section before canceling a plan


  • How to cancel a plan

Sign in to Gatebox App Market and select 「契約中アプリケーション」 from 「マイメニュー」 in the upper right

Follow the link for the contracted plan

The contracted plan will be displayed, then proceed through 「継続契約終了の確認」

Please confirm the contents of the plan, and select 「継続契約を終了する」 to end it

「◯◯プランの解約が完了しました。 」 will be displayed and the plan will be canceled

Precautions

  • Plan contract precautions

    • The only payment accepted is by credit card.

      • The following credit cards are accepted

        1. Visa

        2. MasterCard

        3. AmericanExpress

      • Plans cannot be canceled after subscribing
        * The plan can be canceled, but only after the first 30 days of the subscription

      • Switching to a different plan while subscribing is possible


  • Canceling plan precautions

    • Even if you cancel the plan, you will not be refunded for the days left
      * After canceling, you can still use the plan for 30 days after the contract date

    • If you cancel the plan midway, you will not be able to subscribe to a new application plan for while your plan is still usable.


  • Downloadable content precautions

    • Downloadable content cannot be canceled after purchase
